Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what we need to show your LIVE dashboard. We never sell your data, never post on your behalf, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. Information we collect

From TikTok Login Kit, when you choose to sign in and only with your permission:

  • Your TikTok open ID (a unique identifier for our app)
  • Your display name and profile picture
  • An access token that lets us confirm your identity

From your LIVE streams, while you use the dashboard:

  • Public interactions shown in your LIVE, such as comments, gifts, likes, joins, and viewer counts, including the public usernames of the viewers who sent them

Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and error reports, used to keep the Service running.

2. How we use your information

  • To sign you in and identify your account
  • To display your LIVE stream interactions in your dashboard
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Service
  • To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or post content to TikTok on your behalf.

3. Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • TikTok, as needed to authenticate you through Login Kit
  • Service providers such as hosting, who process data only on our instructions
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights and users

4. Data retention

LIVE interaction data is processed in real time and kept for no longer than 30 days unless you choose to save it. Account data is kept while your account is connected and deleted within 30 days after you disconnect or ask us to delete it.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

6. Your rights and choices

  • Access and deletion: email us to request a copy of your data or to have it deleted.
  • Revoke access: remove Waroengku at any time from your TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.
  • Depending on where you live, including under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you may have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Cookies

We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Service.
