Terms of Service

In short: Waroengku is a free tool that helps creators follow their TikTok LIVE activity. Use it fairly, follow TikTok's rules, and remember we are an independent service that is not run by TikTok.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Waroengku (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Waroengku lets you sign in with your TikTok account and view interactions from your TikTok LIVE streams, such as comments, gifts, likes and viewer counts, in a single dashboard. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

  • You sign in using TikTok Login Kit. We never see or store your TikTok password.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by TikTok in your country, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
  • You can disconnect Waroengku at any time from your TikTok account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Harass, spam, or collect personal data of other TikTok users without their consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Access accounts or LIVE streams that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

5. TikTok platform

Waroengku is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Features that depend on TikTok may stop working if TikTok changes its platform.

6. Intellectual property

The Waroengku name, logo, and software belong to us. Content from your TikTok account and LIVE streams remains yours or belongs to its original authors. We only use it to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every LIVE interaction will be captured.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waroengku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or followers resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law or by TikTok.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
